Trinity Lift® is an endoscopic plastic surgery done under general anesthesia, which has longer lasting effects unlike the traditional method called thread lift. It should also be noted that surgeries done under local anesthesia have proven not to be permanent.

Return your face to 10 years ago with trinity lift!
A harmonious face is defined in terms of a balanced relationship among all facial tissues. This balance among skin, fat, muscle, and bone is lost with aging as progressive changes occur in their volume, shape, position, and consistency. Aging of the human face generally starts in the third decade of life, mainly in the midface and periorbital areas. Over time, the retaining ligaments of the face attenuate, and the ligaments can no longer support the soft facial tissues in their youthful anatomic positions.
With the effect of aging and gravity, the elasticity and fullness of the skin are lost. The sagging of the cheeks and eyelids, as well. All of these can cause the person to look older, tired or unhappy. With mid-face lift aesthetics, cheeks and lower eyelids can be made to look smoother and younger.
Midface lift aesthetics targets the area around the nose, under the eyes and corners of the mouth. It is suitable for people who do not have excessive deformation in the neck and under the chin and who only need midface aesthetics.
In Mid-face lift aesthetics minimal incisions are preferred compared to traditional techniques. Today, much more effortless and successful results can be obtained with minimally invasive techniques such as thread facelift, which is a non-surgical technique. This technique, known as lunch break aesthetics, can be applied in a clinical setting and by the plastic surgeon in an average of 30 minutes.
If the patient wishes, s/he can continue her/his work on the same day. With endoscopic surgery, it is entered just under the scalp and removed from 3 points: Under-eyes, cheeks and nasolabial folds. For this reason, its technical name is derived from the word “TRI”.
For whom is it suitable?
This procedure is ideal for people who do not have very dense sagging and deep lines that are settled. Thread lift, which can be applied to both men and women, is generally applied to patients between the ages of 35 and 60 who want to look younger and more dynamic, but do not need a serious and open face lift operation because they do not experience a serious loss of elasticity on their face. However, it is also suitable for patients in their 20s with a low midface genetically and is definitely not an advanced aging aesthetic.
Things to be taken into consideration!
It should be applied by plastic surgeons who are experts in the field of face lift aesthetics. Slight swelling, redness or bruises may occur in the first few days after the procedure, and ice compresses can be applied for this. After the procedure, the face should not be rubbed for 3 weeks & you should not lie face down. Do not put too much pressure on the face. The results of the operation begin right after the procedure and take their final form a few weeks later. It offers the opportunity to have a tighter and younger looking skin fast and easily.
Endoscopic facial surgery provides an opportunity to directly visualize and fix the anatomical structures involved in facial aging. We combined endoscopic subperiosteal dissection techniques, which provided direct visualization and safe dissection, with the percutaneous needle technique. This technique allowed for stronger, easier, and faster application of sutures during endoscopic facial surgery without any other mucosal or transcutaneous incisions. It can be performed in isolation in an appropriately selected patient group or as part of an overall rejuvenation plan of the upper two-thirds of the face to achieve natural harmonious rejuvenation. In the light of these findings, percutaneous needle-assisted endoscopic midface lift can be safely and effectively performed in young- to middleaged groups.
